We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on MedThreads Pro. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — including the first payment of a monthly or yearly plan and any renewal payment.

How to request a refund

Our orders are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with, or contact us at usmlebuddyai@gmail.com and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription anytime from "Manage subscription" in the app. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds are handled in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
